莫斯曼 (Mosman) 狗狗海滩与放绳区
Mosman Council 允许狗在部分海滩和水域放绳，包括 Sirius Cove、Spit West、Spit East，以及 Clifton Gardens 码头以东仅限工作日开放的海滩与水域。Chinaman's Beach 和其他所有公共海滩禁犬，游乐设施和桌椅 10 米范围内也不得带犬进入。

Clifton Gardens Reserve

Mosman Council 只在工作日允许狗在 Clifton Gardens 码头以东的海滩和水中放绳：冬季早 9 点前及下午 4 点后，夏令时月份为早 9 点前及下午 6 点后。草地区按 Mosman 放绳草地区时段执行。
放绳时间: Beach and water east of the jetty on weekdays only: before 9am and after 4pm in winter, or before 9am and after 6pm during daylight saving months October-March; grassed area all day weekdays and before 9am and after 4pm on weekends and public holidays
