Mosman Council permits dogs off-leash on the beach and in the water east of the Clifton Gardens jetty on weekdays only: before 9am and after 4pm in winter, or before 9am and after 6pm during daylight saving months (October–March). The grassed area follows the Mosman off-leash grassed-area hours.
