A long-established general-practice clinic on Carlingford Road, part of the VetPartners group, with six veterinarians, separate cat and dog wards, an isolation ward and a deluxe cattery used for boarding. It runs a puppy school and offers dentistry, desexing, health checks and microchipping. There is no after-hours service: the clinic's own emergency page refers emergencies to North Shore Veterinary Hospital, 63 Herbert St, Artarmon, (02) 9436 4884, and asks owners to call (02) 9869 2771 first during business hours so staff can direct them. Some parking is available at the front of the clinic.

A general-practice clinic on Midson Road led by Dr Grahame Baker, covering vaccinations and parasite protection, surgery including orthopaedics and dentistry, laboratory testing for diagnosis, and nutritional care. There is no after-hours service: the clinic's own site refers emergencies to SASH North Ryde, 1/1 Richardson Place, North Ryde NSW 2113, (02) 9889 0289. Opening hours are deliberately not published here. The clinic's homepage carries a renovation notice saying it is temporarily closed and will reopen on a Monday 4 May, with no year shown; 4 May fell on a Monday in 2026 and not in 2025 or 2027, so the notice appears to date from around April 2026 and to be stale, but it has not been possible to confirm current trading from a first-party source. Call before travelling.

One of the 12 designated dog off-leash areas the City of Parramatta lists, and the only one in Epping; the council groups it with its fenced areas, without the separate quiet and playful sections it notes for four other sites. The council's own park page describes it as an off-leash dog park and lists picnic shelters, BBQs, temporary toilets and on-site parking, while the off-leash page states that bag dispensers and bins are provided at every designated area. Off-leash hours are not published on either page, so they are left unverified.

A cafe inside the Boronia Grove Community Centre on Victoria Street. Its own Instagram states "we are also dog friendly at both of our locations" and names the Epping address, so dogs are recorded as welcome outdoors, which is the default under NSW food-premises rules. Coordinates come from the Google Maps link the cafe publishes on its own website - the same "source-stated" route the dog-parks dataset uses for council pages.
